Storytelling is at the heart of my music, with lyrics influenced by alt-rock bands,

punk stars, theatre kids, and classic country artists who speak truth to power.

I'm an LA-based writer looking for musical collaborators, co-writers, and artists

who want their stories heard.

"High School Burnout Scene"

You always played by the rules

But kings will be crowned by the fools

You're getting too old to wear clothes you bought in 2013

At the high school burnout scene

A theatrical, pop-rock ode to our burnt-out, underpaid generation. We were told bedtime stories of bright futures, but now the lights have dimmed in the dark.

"1995"

I think it's the end of the worst timeline

Can't go back to '95

The ocean's high, we clogged the drain

Nostalgia doesn't kill the pain

A satirical pop-punk anthem in the style of Blink-182, commenting on modern cynicism and nostalgia.

The History Demos

Tracks recorded in quarantine. When it felt like the end of the world, I looked back to my beginnings in -- and frustrations with -- small-town America.

"The History"

There's scars on your arm...from when you hopped a fence one night. You cradled your broken wrist  when your face hit the ground.

"Mercury"

And now I wonder...what it means to be a man.

We're terrified of empathy, so I don't quite think I'll ever understand.

"What Are You Doing Here?"

I watched you fade away...from the playground days.

It's funny how we've grown. Oh, what we didn't know.

"I Do Not Live Here"

Recorded live, accompanied by Mia Milan

There's a million silver mountains you've never seen

Rising high above the shallow green

It all looks unfamiliar to you

But now it blurs together in my dreams

A folk rock reconciliation between two estranged lovers who struggle to find common ground.

"Stay the Same"

Performed by Tylre Synclair

Suppose we could grow some

And learn from mistakes

Our mothers, our brothers, our children will make

Like it's not just some cycle,

Rehearsing some old Bible verse

Well, things could be worse

An acoustic break-up ballad where changing one's nature is as impossible as it is necessary.
